2 Year Defect Exchange Warranty:
For a period of 2 years from date of purchase, exchanges can be made on a 1-1 basis subject to manufacturer warranty coverage
for reason of defect. Plasma Garage will act as an intermediary on behalf of its customer to expedite resolution of warranty claims
with product manufacturer.
Time in Force: 1 Year Warranty applies to all purchases made prior to Janauary 1st, 2007, unless purchase was made subject to a
specific offer or purchase incentive increasing the 1 year warranty to 2 year coverage.
Limitation of Warranty:
Altered, abused, tampered, or physically damaged items will not be considered for warranty coverage under the defect exchange
warranty program. Outside of warranty coverage, Replacement HID Kit bulbs, HID-D2R bulbs, and HID-D2S bulbs, can be
purchased with a 10% patronage discount upon request but only prior to placement of order. Request must be made prior to
shipment of new order.
Refund Policy:
There are no refunds for products that have been installed. A return authorization must be granted before return of product in "new
condition." Products in "new condition" that have not been installed, can be returned for a refund but subject to a $25.00
restocking fee which will account for credit card processing fees, and other costs. PlasmaGarage.com will not pay for return
shipping. Customers are advised to use insurance and tracking for return packages because we cannot be responsible for lost or
damaged return packages.
